Are rates cheaper if I book in advance?

In most cases we would recommend that you complete you booking in advance if you find a suitable rate. This will prevent you from missing out if the apartment becomes fully booked. In some cases apartment rates will reduce closer to your arrival time to make sure that it is definately gets booked.
